Jack can you say something about this here? This recipe has been enjoyed in North Plymouth since before the Great Depression. Ingredients 1 recipe North Plymouth Pasta Dough 5 cloves garlic, crushed fine 4 C. ground pork, cooked ¼ tsp nutmeg 4 large eggs ¾ C fresh-grated parmesan cheese ¼ tsp salt

Serving Ideas: This recipe makes about 1¾ quarts of cooked tortellini. Serve with North Plymouth Meat Sauce.
