This homely dish is used as an ingredient in the much grander Parisian Salad.
Ingredients:
Cooled diced, boiled white potatoes, carrots, beets, rutabagas, and green beans or peas
Mayonnaise Collee
A pinch of salt
Time:
15 minutes if everything is cut before you begin.
To prepare:
Combine all the vegetables and toss lightly.
Mix gently with Mayonnaise Collee, being careful that the beets do not turn everything pink.
